Just a thought…….
It made me giggle when I saw it, I think it’s the Rabbit name that did it really. But seriously, it’s such a fantastic idea. Electronic goods aren’t made to last really, they wear out, need upgrading, updating. Recycling regulations mean that electrical equipment needs to be disposed of very carefully and shouldn’t just go in your bin.
We have so much electrical stuff in our homes now and we replace it regularly - we need to be thinking about what we do with it all once it’s no longer needed, wanted or useful to us.
Another option is Freecycle - where people offer things they no longer need to see if anyone can make use of them. I’ve recently given away a rug, shoe rack and megadrive and picked up playstation games and today we’re off to collect a young Alder tree.
